On 20th December 2025, the ‘Indo-German Cooperation for Safety, Health and Wellbeing’ (IGC-SHW), organised 9th workshop on ‘Vision Zero Approach for Occupational Safety, Health and Wellbeing’ at Asahi Glass India Limited, Roorkee, (Uttrakhand). Workshop was attended by Safety Officers, Factory Medical Officer, Safety committee members of Asahi Glass India Limited, Roorkee plant and other industrial organisations located in the nearby industrial cluster.

Workshop was attended by Safety Officers, Factory Medical Officer, Safety committee members of BHEL plants (HEEP and CFFP) and other industrial organisations located in the nearby industrial cluster.

During the APOSHO 39 & Expo- International Conference on Safety, Health & Environment, held on 27-28 November 2025 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, a session on ‘Vision Zero- Strategies and Practice’ was chaired by Prof. Karl Heinz Noetel, President, ISSA, Construction. During the session Dr. Avneesh Singh, Principal Advisor, IGC-SHW also made presentation highlighting Vision Zero activities in India.

As chief guest, inaugurated and delivered inaugural address at the Apex India National Summit on Safety, Quality & Leadership on 20th November 2025 at Essentia Luxury Resort, Udaipur (Rajasthan). During the inaugural address highlighted the importance of Vision Zero approach for improving the occupational safety and health.

On 15th November 2025, the ‘Indo-German Cooperation for Safety, Health and Wellbeing’ (IGC-SHW), organised 6th workshop on ‘Vision Zero Approach for Occupational Safety, Health and Wellbeing’ at RCCPL Pvt. Ltd. (MP Birla group), Raebareli (UP). Workshop was attended by Safety Officers, Factory Medical Officer, Safety committee members of RCCPL Pvt. Ltd. plant and other industrial organisations located in the nearby industrial cluster.

On 10-11 October, 2025, as organising associate, the IGC-SHW supported the International Conclave on Occupational Safety and Health at KINFRA International Exhibition Cum Convention Centre, Kochi, Kerala and presented a technical paper on Vision Zero Approach.
During the conference, Vision Zero- Safety, Health & Wellbeing Association of India (SHWAI) was also launched. This is a national-level initiative committed to creating a culture of prevention. Rooted in the global Vision Zero strategy launched by the International Social Security Association (ISSA), this Indian chapter adapts the approach to local contexts, industries, and communities.

On 8th of October, 2025 at India Habitat Centre (Silver Oak), New Delhi, The IGC-SHW organized the International Conference- "Envisaging Vision Zero: Integrating Digitalisation and Sustainability". The conference was attended by more than 200 delegates. During the conference deliberation were made by the International community of subject experts.
Conference was followed by accreditation ceremony of Vision Zero Rating System India (VZRSI) and by ‘Manthan’ a Networking Dinner. This ceremony was attended by 225 delegates.
The exclusive gathering of the professionals and thought leaders fostered meaningful dialogue, shared insights, and collaboratively evolved a strategic path forward for a safer, healthier, and more sustainable future for achieving Vision Zero.

Workshop was attended by Safety Officers, Supervisors of Mycem Cement plant and other nearby industrial organisations located in the nearby industrial cluster.
